The Founding Seed
Harvest & Co. was incorporated in Sidhpur, Gujarat, with a singular mission — to connect India's finest spice farmers with the global market through transparent, accountable trade.
First Export Consignment
Our first international shipment of Whole Red Chilli and Cumin Seeds was dispatched to the Middle East. This milestone validated our farm-to-port model and opened the doors to global commerce.
Sortex Facility Established
We commissioned our own laser Sortex cleaning and grading plant in Sidhpur, enabling us to take full ownership of quality control — a turning point for purity standards.
APEDA & FSSAI Registration
After rigorous audits, Harvest & Co. received its APEDA (Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) and FSSAI licenses, formalizing our position as a compliant global exporter.
NABL Lab Partnership
We initiated a formal QC partnership with an NABL-accredited third-party laboratory, providing buyers with independent Certificates of Analysis for every shipment.
